Here is a list of the top 10 fantasy performances for the following positions:

Week 8 saw some players blossoming into stardom, or getting back on track, while yet others continued to disappoint. Frank Gore, Chad Johnson, Cedric Benson, and Thomas Jones are among the guilty. One of big stories of the week continues to be the dominance displayed by the New England Patriots. The Pats ripped one of the NFL's better defenses, 52-7 and made it
look easy. What an amazing team New England has. Too bad they will
always play second fiddle to the Redsox.
Week 8 of the NFL season is already upon us and the Crystal Ball is ready to get back to work. Last week, the Ball had mixed results as Jacksonville's QB injury ruined a Monday Night Game with so much potential. Patrick Crayton also turned out to be a more of a flop than a sleeper. However, the Crystal Ball did nail its Upset of the Week again as Buffalo handed the Ravens a loss in Orchard Park, New York. Let's see if we can improve upon last week's forecast and provide an accurate preview of what to expect in Week 8.

Last time we have to deal with the bad bye weeks. Once again, six teams are out so owners need a lot of help. Hope the following players pan out for you guys.
QBs
Brian Griese vs. Detroit: Greise has been performing well and should continue that trend against a very bad Lions secondary. Since the Bears D has really taken a step back this year, this could turn out to be a fairly high scoring game. Cedric Benson has been a big bust so Greise will need to be guy who puts points up.
Here are our week 8 projections broken down for you, game by game. Be sure to check in our forums for discussions on injuries to key players.
Bye: Atlanta, Dallas, Kansas City, Arizona, Seattle, Baltimore
